Attention: Caregivers and anyone living with life limiting illness

Statistics Canada is conducting a study called Living with a Life-limiting Illness: Access to Care and Related Experiences and we hope you will consider participating! If you are living with a life-limiting illness or caring for someone who is, your perspective can help shed light on:
• The experiences and satisfaction (of patients and caregivers) with the care they received to address physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs; and
• gaps and barriers in supportive care.
The results will help decision-makers:
• assess the availability, accessibility, and use of supportive services; and
• develop programs and policies that meet the diverse needs of people living with a life-limiting illness and their unpaid caregivers.
